The Ruby Pardue Blackburn Adult Day Health Care Center
We offer adult day care services for those who cannot safely stay at home alone to residents of Wilkes, Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Caldwell, Iredell, Surry, Watauga, and Yadkin counties of North Carolina through a safe, home-like environment. We strive to enrich the lives of our clients through our dedicated, compassionate, understanding, and professional staff. We are also Medicaid and VA approved.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Our daily rates range from $49 to $62 per day, depending on your loved one’s level of care. Our nurse will evaluate their care level during a FREE trial visit.
About the Free Trial Visit
Your loved one will attend a scheduled 4-hour visit from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

During this call, you may review whether you plan to:-

Pick Up Your Enrollment Packet.
After your trial visit is scheduled, you will receive a packet with additional forms to complete regarding your loved one’s personal and medical information.
